As a policyholder, you have the right to choose your repair shop. If your vehicle needs repair, you may consider using one of our many 51ĀŅĀ× Repair Network facilities. These facilities provide quality service, and the shop will guarantee the work for as long as you own your vehicle.
For policyholders who have elected to participate in the Repair Satisfaction Vehicle Program (RSVP), all āRSVP shopsā are part of the 51ĀŅĀ× Repair Network program.
If you have not already, please report your claim so that we can get to work as quickly as possible and get you back on the road. If you have already filed your claim and have an estimate provided by 51ĀŅĀ×, please be aware that 51ĀŅĀ× must approve your claim before payment of the estimate is authorized and before choosing g a 51ĀŅĀ× Repair Network facility.
